VEnDor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Festa Italiana! As you may well know, this is our 8th annual event that is attended by more than 50,000 people each year. Festa is a 100% non-profit festival, run entirely by volunteers in an effort to bring Italian culture, cuisine and community to Utahans and visitors alike.
Please apply below for consideration as a vendor. Your application will be reviewed by our all-volunteer committee and, if chosen, you will be notified and asked to sign a contract.
Note: There will be preference given for food vendors with a local, physical restaurant in Utah. Additionally, restaurant groups (those with multiple locations including restaurants with different names) will be considered for one booth only. There will not be any exceptions.

Costs of having a food booth at the festival have increased significantly for Festa Italiana, but we are committed to helping vendors large and small by trying to keep prices reasonable. While you are seeing an increase this year we, as a committee, have decided to minimize the cost as much as possible. Currently it costs us $1,802, more than double it cost in 2021, to have a food vendor set up. This includes costs for a tent, electricity, culinary water, and refrigerated truck. We know that if we charged this amount, it would be prohibitive to some vendors. As you can see, we are subsidizing your costs to participate in our event to show you our commitment to this partnership and our Italian community. If after Festa Italiana you have a successful year, we would appreciate your generosity in defraying some of these costs via a tax-deductible donation. Otherwise, if you so desire, consider becoming a sponsor of Festa Italiana to help us continue this annual tradition. Grazie a tutti!
